These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and music moment ("we", "our" or "us"). They apply to the music moment apps for iOS and Android and to our websites, including musicmoment.app, open.musicmoment.app and www.musicmoment.com (together, the "Service").
These Terms apply when you create an account, and you will be asked to agree to them when you sign up. If you use the Service before creating an account (as a guest), or visit our websites, please follow the community rules in Section 13 and the YouTube Terms of Service (Section 6.3). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2.1. You must be at least 14 years old to use the Service. If the law of the country where you live requires a higher minimum age to use a service like music moment, you must meet that age.
2.2. If you are under the age at which you can enter into a contract on your own where you live (for example, under 19 in Korea), you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has agreed that you may use the Service under these Terms.
2.3. You may not use the Service if we have previously terminated your account for breaking these Terms, or if you are not allowed to use it under the law that applies to you.
3.1. Guest use. You can try parts of the Service, such as choosing genres and swiping through songs, before you create an account. To make this work, we create a temporary anonymous identifier for your app. If you then create an account, the songs you liked or passed as a guest are added to your account. Songs you liked become likes on those posts, and the members who shared them are notified and receive points, just as if you had liked them after signing up.
3.2. Creating an account. You create an account with an email address and a password. You agree to give accurate information, to use an email address that belongs to you, and to keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account, except where it results from our fault. If you think someone else is using your account, tell us right away at [email protected].
3.3. Your email address. The email address you sign up with is used to sign in and to contact you. You cannot change it in the app. If you need to change it, email [email protected] from that address, and we will help once we have confirmed that the account is yours.
3.4. Your account is personal. You may not sell, transfer, lend or share your account.
